Diana began her successful career in the pet industry when she opened Cherry Acres Pet Care in 1990, which offered extended pet boarding and daycare for pets, along with professional grooming. She then went on to open Happy Tails Pet Grooming in Denver PA in 1994.  She opened Tail Chasers Mobile Grooming in the East Berlin area in 2002 which grew into Tail Chasers Grooming and Pet Supply at it's present location. In 2010 Tail Chasers has expanded to an additional location in Gettysburg.

She is a member of Golden Retriever Club of America, Berks County Kennel Club, Berks County Dog Training Club and Lenape Golden Retriever Club.

A competitor in the Dog Show ring with her Golden Retrievers, she has shown in Confirmation, Obedience and Field Trials.

Diana has attended the National Dog Groomer Association of America accredited workshops, completed Canine First Aid and Prevention of Disease programs at Cornell Univeristy. She participates in trade seminars conducted for the advanced education of Pet Care Professionals, keeping current with all the new grooming industry trends and strives to improve her expertise, handling and knowledge of pets and grooming, by attending educational seminars on a regular basis.
